- Has represented clients before various diversified forums and assisted in resolving complicatedissues relating to legal ramifications and arbitration in not only taxation matters but also including other matters before bodies like Labour Depts –EPF and other Govt. bodies RTI, RBI, SEBI, FEMA.
- Has rich knowledge and extensive practical experience in the field of Business Advisory relating to Financial Planning & Controlling, Business Planning-Organizing-Restructuring, Project Feasibility studies, Project Planning, Project future estimations, Business Structuring, Fund Structuring, Cost Control & Reduction and other Business Establishment Plans.

- Has mastered and the affairs relating to Companies Act and ROC (Registrar of Companies). Has specialized in Formation, Incorporation of Companies and various issues relating to compliances with drafting, filing of documents with ROC (Registrar of Companies) for various categories of companies (e.g. Sec 8 companies, One Person Companies, Private & Public Limited Companies), Consultancy for Charitable trusts and various other Non-profit Organizations.
- Has specialized in the field of Service Tax relating to Appeals and Assessments and has handled numerous issues relating to service tax arbitration and liaising. Has vast experience in handling Sales Tax Assessments, Income Tax Appeals, Capital Gains issues.
- Has lead teams in audits of Banks, manufacturing companies, major construction companies, multiple stock verifications and reconciliations of FMCG companies. Also has handled various audit engagements, Income Tax Assessments, Compilation Engagements and Book – keeping Services, Accounts inspection and investigation.

- Has specialized in Direct Tax appeals and has handled numerous assessments and made representations in appeals before various forums such as Commissioner of Appeals, Appellate Tribunal. Has wide knowledge in tax advisory, NRI – tax planning, Transfer Pricing, Treaty Study.
- Has headed and finalized Statutory Audits of Companies in various industries, has engaged in Accounting and Auditing Compliance & Reporting Services to other Business entities and has wide experience in heading Audit Finalizations, Interim Financial reporting, Internal audits, Due Diligence, Consolidation of Financial Statements, has represented clients before various Tax authorities and assisted in tax planning and consultancy.
